Once we have agreed on the scope of work and hourly rate I will track my time on Toggl and send you a report if requested. I round my time up or down to the nearest 15 min and then send you a time report along with the invoice at the end of the month.
Project based pricing means a fixed amount for a specified scope of work. If the scope of work changes, then the initial pricing will need to be reviewed and revised as needed. All of this is captured in a contract upfront.
Your business may require more longer term attention, hence we can agree on a monthly recurring fee for a specified duration that will cover a specific amount of my time on your business. This is a great option for example when engaging as a Fractional CMO (Part-time Marketing Manager).
